• 2019 Mike Acierno

    The Susquehannock Alumni Association presented the 10th annual Alumni Spirit Award at the 2019 Homecoming game. This award is presented to an individual who exemplifies outstanding school spirit and is an example of a true Warrior. This year, retired teacher Mike Acierno was the Alumni Spirit Award recipient.

    Mike Acierno retired from Southern Middle School in 2008 after a 36-year teaching career at Southern. He also served as the ski club advisor and continues to assist with athletic events for several sports teams at Susquehannock. Acierno's positive attitude has enriched Susquehannock Alumni and the community.
