When it comes to addressing concerns or inquiries related to your child's education, following the proper chain of command ensures that your concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. 

Contact Your Child's Teacher

For any inquiries or concerns about your child, the first point of contact should be your child's teacher. Our teachers are dedicated to your child's success and can provide valuable insights and solutions.

Reach Out to the School Counselor or Principal

If you require additional assistance after speaking with the teacher, the next step is to contact your child's counselor or the building principal. If the counselor or principal is unable to assist by telephone, he or she will make an appointment at your convenience. Please do not attempt to see your child’s counselor or principal without an appointment.

Contact the Assistant Superintendent

If you require additional assistance after speaking with the counselor or principal, the next person to contact is the Assistant Superintendent of Schools.

Contact the Superintendent 

If you continue to have questions or concerns, your next step is to communicate with the Superintendent of Schools. 

Address the Board of School Directors

If you are not satisfied with the response from the Superintendent, the next step is to communicate with the Board of School Directors. 

Special Requests to the Board

If a resident has a policy request or wishes to present information to the Board of School Directors, a request should be made through the Board Secretary.
