Report Safety Concerns

To report a safety concern:

Safe 2 Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. The program includes an anonymous tip system designed to receive tips about violence, suicide, threats to schools and/or school student safety. Tips submitted through the system are sent to a 24/7 crisis center which forwards the tip to school officials and 911 as needed for thorough investigation and action.

The website and phone number to submit a tip are listed above. When submitting a tip, please remember to include as much information as possible, so that we may investigate the concern. The following questions may help you think of additional details to include:

  • Who? 
    • Who said it?
    • Who was around?
    • Who was involved?
    • Who may have more information?
       
  • What?
    • Specifically what was said or what happened?  
    • What was the context of the comment?  
    • What was the tone of the person who made the comment?
  • When?
    • What time of day?
    • How long has this occurred?
    • How many times?
       
  • Where?
    • Building?
    • Classroom or hallway and which one?
    • Bus number?
    • Out of school?
