The mission of the Southern York County School District Diversity Committee is to promote a welcoming and supportive organizational culture that enables students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds to pursue their educational goals. We will facilitate discussion and recognition for increasing diversity awareness. We will provide a knowledge base that identifies various district initiatives for students, teachers, administrators, and families.
