Fall Physicals

Fall physicals must be dated on or after June 1, 2019. 

Physicals and Impact are due in the athletic training room to Trainer Beth & Trainer Kallie no later than Monday July 29, 2019. 

The first day of football heat acclimation is Monday August 5, 2019. The first day of fall sports is Monday August 12, 2019.

PHYSICAL DATES:

Monday, June 10, 2019 and Thursday, July 25, 2019 

Location: Susquehannock High School in the Main Gym

Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

COST:
     $15.00 per individual athlete.

    Please make checks payable to the Southern York County School District.

* If you cannot make the Susquehannock physical dates, OSS will be hosting open physicals at the Powder Mill location from 6-7pm, $15.00 per individual athlete, on the following dates:

Wednesday July 31

Wednesday Aug 7 

Please Note: If you are unable to attend sports physicals at school, you will need to make arrangements for your own physical with your family physician.
