Mission and Purpose:
A) As the only athletic booster club authorized by the administration to raise funds in the name of Susquehannock High School and its Warrior athletic teams, it shall be the mission and purpose of the Club to support and aid the student athletes, coaches and parents of the Southern York County School District to enhance all athletic programs, activities and experiences for the participants and the student body at large. All references herein to Susquehannock and school shall be understood to include both Susquehannock High School and Southern Middle School.
B) The Club shall be established as an alliance of all of the previously independent booster clubs of the individual sports, in an effort to improve efficiency in fund raising and to develop and implement standards for the equitable and appropriate support for all Susquehannock student athletes.
C) This Club shall cooperate and coordinate its activities with the Southern York County School Board, its administration and coaching staffs to the greatest extent possible. At no time shall the Club attempt to interfere with the internal operations or decision making of the school's Athletic Department.
D) Club members shall be forever mindful that their words and deeds reflect upon the school, its students and the community. At all times and in all of its endeavors the Club shall strive to maintain its focus upon the best interest of the student athletes.
Every year the All Sports Booster Club provides:
› $30.00: Per athlete, per sport, for items during the season.
› $25.00: Per senior athlete.
› $12,000.00: Five hundred dollar scholarship to 24 senior athletes.
› Half the cost of championship sweatshirts. (League, District and/or State titles)
Additional Purchases:
› 2007: $800.00 Implementation of the Bigger, Faster, Stronger Program.
› 2008: $12,700.00 Weight room equipment.
› 2009: $4,400.00 Softball scoreboard.
› 2010: $6,800.00 Team chairs and scoring table.
› 2010: $3,000.00 Basketball shooting hoop/ball return.
› 2011: $8,500.00 Athletic Training Equipment.
› 2011: $2,000.00 Training items for various teams.
