    PHYSICAL INFORMATION: (Up-dated 4/30/2018)
    Please read carefully. This procedure affects all student athletes in grades 7-12 in the Southern York County School District. If your son or daughter is planning on playing a fall, winter or spring sport, the following dates for physicals are listed below.

    All student athletes are encouraged to get their physical on one of the dates below.

    * ALL PHYSICAL FORMS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE ATHLETIC TRAINERS (BETH PARRISH AND KALLIE HEIGES) IN THE HIGH SCHOOL, NOT THE HEAD COACH. *

    Winter Physicals

    Winter Physicals must be dated on or after June 1st, 2018. 

    Physicals and Impact are due to us in the training room no later than November 9th, 2018.  You can start turning them in starting October 5th, 2018. 

    *Please note, if your physical is dated before October 5th, 2018, you will need to complete PIAA Section 7.  

     

    If you still need a physical, OSS will be hosting open physicals from 6-7pm, $15.00 per individual athlete, on the following dates:

    Tuesday Oct. 30

    Wednesday Nov. 7

    Wednesday Nov. 14

    Wednesday Nov. 19

     

    Fall Sports:

    Fall physicals must be dated on or after June 1, 2018

    Physicals and Impact are due to us in the athletic training room no later than Mon July 30

    The first day of football heat acclimation is Mon August 6. The first day of fall sports is Mon August 13.


    PHYSICAL DATES:

    MondayJune 182018 and ThursdayJuly 26, 2018 

    Location: Susquehannock High School in the Main Gym

    Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm


    COST:
         $15.00 per individual athlete.

        Please make checks payable to the Southern York County School District.

    Please Note: If you are unable to attend sports physicals at school, you will need to make arrangements for your own physical with your family physician.
