2019:

Judy Queitzsch
In 2014, Judy Queitzsch created the Judy and Thomas Queitzsch Scholarship in memory of former school board member, Thomas Queitzsch. This endowed scholarship will help students majoring in a career related to animal care for years to come.

SYC Youth Club Baseball
SYC Youth Club Baseball is one of the Foundation’s longest standing community scholarship sponsors.  Its participation since 2007, has served as a model for other area youth organizations. Each year, SYC Youth Club Baseball provides a scholarship to a graduating senior who participated in SYC Youth Club Baseball.

Curtis Stermer Family
The family of Curtis Stermer has funded this annual scholarship since 2010 in memory of Mrs. Wood’s, father Mr. Curtis Stermer. Mr. Stermer graduated from Glen Rock High School in 1935. He was a former Southern York County School District teacher and administrator who was highly regarded for his extraordinary service to his students and community. Each year, the Curtis Stermer Memorial Scholarship provides a scholarship to a graduating senior with plans to major in education.

VFW Auxiliary Post 7012
In memory of Ethel Nonemaker, the VFW Auxiliary Post 7012 has provided a scholarship since 2012. The VFW Auxiliary Post 7012 - Ethel Nonemaker Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Susquehannock seniors who are from a military family and contribute to the Southern York County School District community.
