Dr. Sandra Lemmon

Dr. Sandra Lemmon served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Southern York County School District for 21 years. During her time as superintendent, she faithfully served the Foundation as the chair of the Dollars for Scholars program. She also created an endowed scholarship in honor of Southern York County School District administrators.

Freedom Outdoor Design LLC

In 2022, Freedom Outdoor Design established a scholarship for students who are furthering their education in a trade program. Freedom Outdoor Design now offers the scholarship annually to two students.

Susquehannock High School Boys and Girls Basketball

In 2022, the Susquehannock High School Boys and Girls Basketball teams established a scholarship in honor of Mike Eden, a local resident and parent who unexpectedly passed away in 2021. Mike Eden was an avid supporter of the district’s athletics. The basketball teams have hosted a fundraiser each year to raise funds to continue the scholarship.

SYC Field Hockey

In 2022, the SYC Field Hockey Club created and committed to endowing the SYC Field Hockey Scholarship.
