We are excited to share that the Southern York County School District Foundation is gearing up to host our fifth annual online silent auction! The event is part of the celebration for Give Local York, the biggest day of giving in York County. We're delighted to participate again this year, and we invite you to help us ensure the auction's success!

The online silent auction will run from Monday, April 20, at 9 am to Monday, April 27, at 9 pm. Please watch your email and this website for more information about placing bids as the date draws closer.

The Foundation is currently seeking donations and sponsorships for the auction.

Donations: Do you have items you would be willing to donate to the silent auction? We will use a silent auction website to make it easy for the community to view the items available and place bids. We invite you to contribute by donating a gift card, product, service, or any item you believe would be a wonderful addition to our auction. To express our gratitude for your generous support, we will proudly display your logo alongside the item you donate. Your company name will also be listed in our Foundation Annual Report. Please see the Item Donation Form for more information and to donate items to the silent auction. All proceeds from donated items sold during the silent auction will be used to help fund scholarships for Susquehannock High School students and Susquehannock Alumni programs.

Sponsorships: Would you like to sponsor the event instead of donating an item? As a sponsor, your name will be featured on our auction website and in the Foundation Annual Report. Funds raised through Give Local York will help the Foundation qualify for additional funding. If you would like to support this worthy cause, please complete the Sponsorship Form and send a check payable to “SYCSD Foundation” with Give Local York in the memo line.

We kindly request that any contributions for silent auction items or sponsorships be submitted by Monday, April 13, 2026.
